Attorney Defends God
(I’m getting better with the quality of the video–still more work to go! )
Ladies, gentlemen, Judge, and the jury, my Client, God, has a lawsuit filed against Him on the charge of disrupting the world. My Client pleads ‘Not Guilty”.
My Client freely gave up His own Son to save the world. This surely cannot be the culprit. Of course He is not guilty. I will prove the Creator’s innocence based on two factors: the gift of freewill and exposing the true culprit.
The lawsuit filed for destruction of mankind was divided into two different disruptions: chaos caused by other people such as terrorism, rape, murder, and such. The other one is natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquake, blizzards and etc. I would like to focus on the first one: chaos caused by other people. This is caused by others and that is where freewill comes in play.
God is the creator of this world, my Client admits that. He admits that He created the world but when he created the world, He set before all of us a multiple choice question. It was up to the people to choose. It is their own decision. God does not believe in pop-quizzes-surprising people. he does not believe in keeping secrets. He believes in giving us multiple choice questions with answers attached to it. He loves open book tests and is willing to review answers with you at anytime. If you had a teacher like that at school, surely people would say that there is no excuse for you to flunk the test. You’d pass it with flying colors.
Yet, the people have failed.
God has given us a test, with one question and two answers: A or B.
My Client has stated this, “This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses….” -Deuteronomy 30:19 AND THEN my Client gives the answer to this: “Now choose life, so that you and your children may live…” -Deuteronomy 30:19.
The choice was not my Client’s. It is ours. Now, because of that choice, some people have made a good choice and some bad. This all leads to what we see today; disasters.
And we blame it on God, my Client. This is an error. Blame yourself.
Now to the second part: Natural Disasters. Often people think God is always in control and owns everything in this world.
Is that so? Let’s see.
When my Client’s Son was on Earth, a witness named Luke has shared with us some information. He shared that A PERSON has shown Jesus all the parts of the world and has said that everything in this world is owned by him–OWNED BY this certain person. I repeat, this person said it was his, not God’s. “The devil led him (Jesus) up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of this world. And he said to him (Jesus), “I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours.” Jesus answered, “It is written: “Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.” -Luke 4:5-8. Jesus did not bow down to the devil, of course.
This witness, Luke, tells us that someone else owns this world. Hmm?
We have another witness who wrote in a book, he stated that the god of this world, not captial “G”, but lowercase “g”, (My Client requires that He be called God, not god, with a lowercase “g”.) again, the book stated with a lowercase “g” and this would mean another person, not God, correct? Anyway, this witness wrote this: “The god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”- 2 Corinthians 4:4.
We have several more different witnesses confirming each other. One witness wrote in another book, he stated this, “Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the Devil, your great enemy. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for some victim to devour.” -1 Peter 5:8
This ”roaring lion” is not my Client.
Now, then, who is it?
Good question.
That person is the devil. In everything, there are opposites. Hot and cold, light and dark, and so on. You name it and there is an opposite for it. It is the same with this situation. My Client has an enemy, an opponent. His name is Devil.
My Client feels offended that people are accusing Him. It is not Him, it is really the devil.
Lastly, does abundance equal destruction?
No, they are opposites. My Client has promised abundance. The devil has promised destruction. My Client’s Son came to this world and said He would give us abundance but there is someone else here, the devil, who loves to destroy.
This person, the devil, is the one that should be in court today, not my Client.
Ladies and gentlemen, this lawsuit should not be so.
